Episode #20 – All in the Family.

A little bit of Christmas in this Special Episode recorded in Cartersville, Georgia. Tim and the lovely Trudi get together with David, Josh, and Jenni to talk drama. We read cuttings from two plays, Humbug and What Child is This, both authored by Jenni. We talk about developing material, working with young people, and how to propose to a playwright.

In the cuttings, David is a caveman, Josh channels Jim Carrey, and Tim butchers the part of Scrooge.

WARNING – there are some quality issues with this episode – yes, more than usual. Our tripod, Sam, was steady, but you will notice some wobble, especially as he gets tired. There are some audio issues – which you can read about on the audio edition post. Our camera was malfunctioning, making us go to a backup camera…and I can’t tell if it made quality worse or better. We were zoomed too far out and the lighting was inadequate. And somehow the audio and video got out-of-sync somewhere in the middle…which results in about 11 frames of black in the middle of the show to get it back in sync…or at least closer.

We’re off next week, but look for a brand new episode with the whole gang in the first week of December.
