We've talked on the last couple of podcasts about using non-Christian material as a jumping off point for discussion in the church. I ran across an interesting piece in a blog by Jeff and Melodie Leake. The piece is titled "R U Fake or just really mature" and I think this is related to our discussion.

Sometimes we don't want to appear campy or hypocritcal in our ministry, so we try to be "authentic" and we end up crossing the "values" line. That's where we have to be mature.

Last time we used a sketch by Nina Wallestad and I said her website was a long address. I found the shorter address which is dramaticlicense.net.

On our next podcast we will probably be looking at a new resource from our friends at Lillenas - we're excited about that.
